You agree to use the website lawfully and not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website, its services, or other users.

All products on BeautyZone are subject to availability. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes and are updated regularly. BeautyZone reserves the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or update product information at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a pricing error, BeautyZone reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

Orders are confirmed after successful payment. For cash on delivery orders, confirmation is subject to our internal validation process. BeautyZone reserves the right to cancel or hold orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed successfully. This confirmation does not constitute a guarantee of delivery if stock becomes unavailable after placement.

BeautyZone accepts various payment methods as shown at checkout. Payment processing is handled securely by our payment providers.

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the time of the offer. BeautyZone reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

Discount codes and coupons may have expiry dates, minimum order values, product restrictions, or single-use conditions. Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation.

Free shipping applies to eligible UAE orders with a subtotal of AED 250 or above, unless a specific campaign or promotion states otherwise. Delivery fees for orders below the free shipping threshold are shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. BeautyZone is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. For more details, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be eligible. Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or product-specific reasons.
